FARRAH MALIAVSKY: Entrepreneur. Designer. Mom
With a deep background in art direction, graphic design and branding for national organizations as well as start-ups, I have the unique perspective of understanding business while bringing an artist’s creativity to any situation.
After graduating from Rutgers University with a graphic design degree, I started my career in Manhattan as a designer for an interior design and architecture firm. I then transitioned to the professional services industry, developing marketing collateral for a global law firm. After several years in the corporate world, I took a leap of faith and joined a small start-up. Serving as their creative lead, I managed the organization’s brand and was part of their senior management team. Passionate about connecting and encouraging people, during this time I also launched and designed an apparel line that focused on inspirational messages around global citizenship.
In 2011, while completing a mini MBA program in digital marketing at Rutgers, I made the decision to branch out on my own and start 360 Creative Approach. 360 is a small strategic branding and event planning agency that serves clients large and small on a variety of creative endeavors, from corporate identity and logos to print work, social stationery, invitations and custom gifts.
Off duty, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, keeping up with a busy nine-year old daughter and an energetic five-year old son and spending time with my family and friends. My creativity is fueled by an addiction to all things beautiful, an obsession with detail, a passion for crafting and taking notes from my kid's unbiased view of the world. My family and I reside in Manalapan, NJ, where my office is also based.
I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges that will keep me growing as a person and as a designer.
